How long does setup take?
It comes down to how quickly you wrap your tree. The technical part is four steps: wrap the strand, plug in the controller and power adapter, open the app and connect, then pick your design.
How fast is shipping?
Standard international shipping normally takes 7 to 20 business days, depending on your country, customs and logistics conditions. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and remote areas can take a little longer.

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging, and refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days after inspection.
